Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Rush service is available. Contact us for details.
What do you do with my master tape when the job is completed?
Master tapes are sent back to our clients at the completion of every job. We only keep transcriptions for six months to one year before they are destroyed.
Can you estimate how much my job will cost?
Yes, we can provide you with an accurate estimate based on volume, special requirements and turnaround time. See our pricing page.
What word processor formats do you support?
Voss supports most modern PC and Mac word processor file formats.
Can you e-mail my transcription file and return my tapes by mail?
Yes.

Voss accepts checks, purchase orders from qualifying organizations, and Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What is transcription?
Transcription is the act of transferring spoken word into typed text. It provides you with an easy to reference version of recorded material.
What is timecoding? Do you support both audio and video timecoding?
The timecode displayed on the playback monitor is included on the transcript. This timecode allows you to move directly to the point in the recording you need. Voss supports both audio and video time coding.
